Your AI Co-Counsel — Live in the Courtroom

Real-time voice transcription that feeds directly into AI analysis. Every statement a witness makes is cross-referenced against your case file the moment they say it — surfacing contradictions, cross-exam questions, and objection grounds in seconds.

Witnesses lie. Prosecutors probe. You need answers now.

In court, you have seconds to react. A witness claims something that contradicts a document you reviewed three months ago. An expert makes a statement that feels objectionable. A prosecutor asks a leading question. You need intelligence that matches the pace of the room — not a tool you dig through during recess.

Seconds, Not Minutes — AI analysis returns in under 3 seconds per transcript segment — before the witness draws their next breath.

Sees What You Miss — Tracks every word against hundreds of case facts simultaneously — impossible for a human to do in real time.

Always On Standby — Runs continuously in the background while you focus on the witness. Flags only what matters. Stays quiet when nothing fires.

Six tools in one — all running while you try your case

Live Voice Transcription — Browser-native speech-to-text captures testimony word-for-word as it's spoken. No uploads. No server recording. Works entirely on your device in Chrome and Edge.

Real-Time Contradiction Flagging — Every utterance is instantly cross-referenced against your full case file — facts, documents, witness statements — and flagged when live testimony conflicts with what's on record.

Instant Cross-Exam Questions — The AI generates targeted cross-examination questions the moment a witness speaks, rooted in the specific inconsistencies and vulnerabilities exposed by their live testimony.

Legal Objection Basis — Hearsay, foundation, speculation, relevance — the AI identifies applicable objection grounds in real time so you never miss a moment that should have been challenged.

Quick Ask AI — Type any question mid-proceeding and get an AI answer in seconds: 'What does our case file say about this?' / 'What's the legal basis for objecting here?' No context switching needed.

Session Log & Save to Case — Every transcript segment is logged with speaker labels and timestamps. One click saves any entry directly to your case facts database for use in motions, cross-exam, and strategy.

From spoken word to courtroom intelligence in 4 steps

Select Hearing Type & Speaker — Choose Trial, Hearing, Deposition, or other proceeding. Set the active speaker label (Witness, Prosecutor, Judge, Expert).

Start Recording — Press Start — your browser begins live transcription immediately. Partial text appears in real time as speech is detected.

AI Analyzes Every Statement — Each finalized utterance is sent to the AI, which cross-references it against your case file and returns contradictions, questions, objections, and tactical notes within seconds.

Act on Intelligence Instantly — Flip between Contradiction, Cross-Exam, and Objection tabs. Copy a question. Object. Save a key statement to your case file — all without leaving the hearing.

Four tabs. Each one ready the moment a witness speaks.

  • Contradictions — flagged by severity (High / Medium / Low) with the exact case file citation that conflicts with what was just said
  • Cross-Exam Questions — specific, usable questions your AI drafts from the live testimony, each with a stated tactical rationale
  • Objections — applicable grounds (hearsay, foundation, speculation, relevance) with a plain-English explanation of the legal basis
  • Quick Ask AI — type any question mid-proceeding and get an answer grounded in your actual case file and applicable law

Frequently Asked Questions

Which browsers support the live voice transcription?
Live transcription uses the Web Speech API, which is supported in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge on desktop and Android. Safari on iOS has limited support. For the best in-court experience, use Chrome on a laptop or tablet. The AI analysis panel works in all modern browsers even if transcription isn't available.
Is my audio recorded or stored on your servers?
No. Voice transcription happens entirely on your device using your browser's built-in speech recognition. Your audio is never sent to Justice222's servers. Only the text of final transcripts is sent to our AI for analysis — never raw audio.
How accurate is the real-time transcription?
The Web Speech API typically achieves 85–95% accuracy for clear speech in a quiet environment. Legal terminology, proper names, and technical terms may be misrecognized. Always review transcripts before saving them to your case file. The tool works best with a good microphone in a controlled environment.
How does contradiction detection actually work?
When a witness speaks, the AI compares their words against your case's existing fact records, documents, and contradiction log. If a statement conflicts with what's already documented — different dates, different locations, inconsistent accounts — it's flagged with a severity rating and specific citation to the case file entry it conflicts with.
Can I use this tool in an actual courtroom?
Yes — with important caveats. Courts vary on electronic device policies; confirm with the judge before use. The tool is designed as a private analytical aid for defense counsel, not as a display device. Use headphones. Keep the screen angled away from opposing counsel. Always maintain control of the device and the session log.
What happens to the session when I close the browser?
The session transcript exists in browser memory only and is not automatically persisted. Before ending your session, use the 'Save to Case' button on entries you want to keep — those are saved directly to your case facts database. Future versions will include optional session export.
Which plan includes the Courtroom Assistant?
The Voice-Activated Courtroom Assistant is available on the Professional, Attorney, and Enterprise plans. It requires active AI credits since each transcript segment triggers an AI analysis request. The Quick Ask AI feature uses the same credit pool as other AI tools in Justice222.
